ETLN Meeting October 17, 2006 - Podcasting

Are you interested in technology? Want to hang with some like minded individuals, share a meal, do some networking, learn about new tools or best practices, or receive training on new technologies used in education? Would you like to see or contribute to the latest resources for teachers created by CTAP Region 3?

The ETLN is an informal gathering of technology using teachers from around Region 3 that meets once a month at the Sacramento County Office of Education. CTAP3 EdTech Leaders have opportunities to teach and learn from each other, become CTAP trainers, or help in the development of our online staff development resources. Office of Education.

This month’s topic is an Introduction to Digital Audio and Podcasting – Come learn how to use everything from very expensive to low cost or no cost audio recording equipment to create your own podcasts. Explore ways that you can use this technology with your students as well as ways to keep your school community informed about what’s going on in your classroom and at your school.
